Two Poems

Now that I am productive I am a product That is, I pee gravy.

My life it stood a market ready product

Now that I am productive I am a product

That is, I pee gravy.

I grave chemical peels

That is I peel out of parking lots

Paradise lot

Arguments couched

in a nail bed.

I couch

Couch

What of our couches?

PORTRAIT OF ISABEL RAWSTHORNE STANDING IN A STREET IN SOHO, 1967

who has broken the sky? Created the circle

around her? Perhaps it is daytime

her absent shadow. She realizes

she is in a package.
