Amy Jones is a novelist and short story writer originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Her first novel, We're All In This Together won the 2016 Northern Lit Award. She won the 2008 Metcalf-Rooke Award for her debut collection of stories, What Boys Like, and was a finalist for the 2010 ReLit Award. In 2006, she was awarded the 2006 CBC Literary Prize for Short Fiction and in 2005 was a finalist for the Bronwen Wallace Award. She is a graduate of the Optional Residency MFA in Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia.
