Four Poems
AIRBUS INFINITY
so many care bears here
sometimes I wanna eat gas
or pillow myself some vapour
the whiteout held itself
and then i remembered cheese
sounds of Philly and
how they eat bagels out there
there’s a whole other layer
of clouds in this sandwich
i never liked marshmallows
but they’re routine anyway
and now this air shake
has me wondering
if peek freans will be
the buttery last of us
FOREVER ARLO
you are like prius
and i was once geo
something bare standard
just enough to fecund to
past the funk forever arlo
i’m kinda prairie and
a little on the hoo doo
spore love is real love
a switch click something
into nitro power heart pulse
ringing to grunge a decade
for next phase rendition
to quit with armenian it
went with cascade finish
passing genealogy through
a wifi osmosis
BRUNCH TACTICS
the niche derogatory loop
in cascade ethics
towards a tap flow alamo
this one we remember
unlike the frizzles in mid-dew
that annihilate misgivings
for want and amber
mornings sufficient
to pound a zeffer like
infusion in myrtle creeks
i bathe like honourary in
a little step from Markham
the stretch between Tecumseth
the taint of departing Queens
MANAGING MY OUTSOURCE
how far reaching. does it stop?
beyond some vernacular snapshot
of evidence no one knows
this is work. not marketable.
but for you we acquire
a taste to grow to.
something worth more
in your future sense
after you leave this,
will i but disappear?
Or will i reach out
to live in your thoughts?
during a process of figuring me out
i can only take you
this far. but you’ll always
have the outer branches of me.
if you want it.
